Common formats:
STL or 3MF
If your project includes printing, you'll receive a physical model of your house/property along with any digital files tied to it.
Printed models are commonly used for:
Display
Presentations
Personal or creative projects
Files are typically delivered digitally through a secure download link or cloud folder. You'll be able to save them to your device, share them with others, and access them during the delivery window.
Most printed models are hand-delivered or available for local pickup, so they arrive safely and ready to enjoy. If you’re outside the area or prefer shipping, that can be arranged as well. If shipping is requested, the client is responsible for shipping costs and assumes risk of loss/damage in transit (see Terms of Service).
All digital models, scans, maps, and printed pieces are artistic and representational in nature. While care is taken to reflect the overall appearance of a property, details and dimensions may vary due to imaging, modeling, and printing limitations. Files and models are intended for visualization, presentation, documentation, and creative projects, and should not be relied upon as technical, survey, or construction-ready references.
